AMPRIA® Returns And Exchanges Policy

Returns:
You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in new condition.

 

How to Return:
To start a return, please contact us at support@ampria.com with your order number. We’ll provide simple instructions and a return shipping address.

 

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

Exclusions:

• Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return.

• Used or damaged items cannot be accepted.
